The Small PrintPrivacy
Privacy Notice
What this site keeps about you, why, for how long, and what you can ask for. Written plainly; nothing here is a cookie wall.
01Who Is Responsible
The data this site handles is in the care of Noo–Studio, 努努斯图(上海)平面设计有限公司, Shanghai, whose legal representative is Piotr Paweł Zalewski; the address and registration are in the legal notice. You reach the studio through the contact form; the studio does not print an email address on its pages.
02What the Site Keeps, and Why
When you only read. The server that runs the site keeps an access log: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and what your browser says about itself. It is kept to run the site safely and to stop abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and deleted after 30 days. The site sets no cookie when you only read, and loads nothing from another host: its fonts, images and scripts are its own.
When you write to the studio. The enquiry form asks for what the studio needs to answer: the tier you are asking about and its questions, your firm and what it does, your role, what has been tried, your name and email, a WeChat or phone number if you want to give one, anything else you add, how you found the studio, and whether you want a mutual NDA first. The message is stored on the studio’s own server and mailed to the studio, and it is used only to answer you and, if you work together, to carry out that work (your request and the steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is kept for as long as the conversation and any work last, then two years for the studio’s records, or deleted earlier when you ask.
To keep automated messages out, the form sends only after a person’s own touch or key press, and each message is checked by Akismet, a service of Automattic Inc., which receives the message and the sender’s IP address for that check (legitimate interest).
If you sign an NDA on the site. The agreement’s parties, their details and the signature are kept with the agreement for as long as it applies and two years after.
If you allow analytics. See below and the cookie page.
03Analytics, Only on Your Choice
The site is built to use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) to see which pages are read and for how long. They run in Google’s consent mode: until you accept, no analytics cookie is set and nothing identifies you; when you accept, they may set the cookies listed on the cookie page (your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with the round button at the bottom left of every page. Google and Microsoft may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
04Your Rights
You can ask to see the data the studio holds about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form; where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write through the contact form. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. The studio’s representative in the European Union is Piotr Paweł Zalewski, reachable through the same form.
