Four Plain
Questions.

Who builds and runs it?

The studio: the main site, every satellite and the engine under them.

Do we pay every month?

Yes, for the service: the satellites, the pieces, the channels and the report, for the length of the agreement, which either side may end at month six.

Where does it run, and whose is it?

The main site is self-hosted WordPress, not a WordPress.com subscription, installed on your own server, so the firm controls it fully and keeps it; the satellites run on the studio’s engine, as a service.

How do we know what it brings?

One report a month from the second month, an indexing report at day ninety and a review at month six, each read against the first record.

One Engine,
a Site for Each Market.

A satellite is a smaller site on the same engine, made for one market or question, that sends its readers to the main site.

  1. 01

    The Main Site

The firm’s own site, in its name, where every satellite leads.

  2. 02

    A Satellite per Market

A site for each country or language the firm sells in.

  3. 03

    Or per Question

A site for each subject buyers search before they buy.

  4. 04

    One Engine

Every site runs on one codebase, so a fix made once is made everywhere.

A Clock, Written
into the Agreement.

The dates are in the contract, and so are the expectations: months one to three for indexing, four to six for first enquiries.

  1. 21

    Live

Day 21: the main site and every satellite live.

  2. 60

    The First Report

Day 60: the first monthly report, read against the first record.

  3. 90

    The Indexing Report

Day 90: what search engines have taken in, page by page.

  4. 6

    The Review

Month six, on the leading numbers: indexed pages, impressions, enquiries.

Few Pieces,
Each One First-Hand.

Search engines treat pages made in bulk to rank as spam. A satellite publishes few pieces, each from the firm’s own knowledge and data.

  1. 01

    Terms

One term, one page: the definitions buyers look up.

  2. 02

    Pieces

Long, researched, first-hand, with their charts.

  3. 03

    Explainers

The same piece as a video, embedded in it.

  4. 04

    Data

Pages that multiply only from data the firm holds.

Everything
a System Runs.

The sites, the engine under them, what they publish and the reports that show what they bring, on the dates the agreement sets.

  1. The Main Site

Built once and the firm’s to keep: the site every satellite leads to.

  2. The Satellites

A site for each market or question, as many as the agreement names.

  3. The Engine

One codebase, one cache and one form beneath every site.

  4. The Pieces

Few and first-hand, from the firm’s own knowledge, approved before they go live.

  5. The Channels

Short and long video, explainers and articles, on a schedule set for each channel.

  6. The Monthly Report

Pages indexed, impressions and clicks, the AI answers that quote each site, the enquiries.

  7. The Indexing Report

At day ninety, what search engines have taken in, page by page.

  8. The Review

At month six, the leading numbers read together and the next six months decided.

One Report
a Month.

What each site did: pages indexed, impressions and clicks, the AI answers that quote it, and the enquiries it brought, set against the first record.

The Channels,
on a Schedule.

Included in a System: short and long video, explainers and articles, planned for each channel, published on their slots and read back from every account.

  1. 01

    Short Video

Vertical, under a minute, cut from the brand’s own material and published every day.

  2. 02

    Long Video

Films for YouTube, with titles, descriptions and first-frame covers set for each one.

  3. 03

    Explainers

Episodes that teach the subject, with charts and one consistent voice.

  4. 04

    Articles

For the site’s journal and for long reading, in several languages, each leading to a page.

In a System

Exclusivity
What is written for the firm is the firm’s alone in its field.
Attribution
Every enquiry carries where it came from: a satellite, a search, a person.
Ownership
The main site is the firm’s; the satellites run on the studio’s engine, as a service.
The Exit
At month six either side may end it, with the main site in the firm’s name.

Three Sizes,
One Structure.

Moon is one site. Planet carries a catalogue worldwide. System runs a main site and its satellites. Each contains the one before it.

System,
Explained.

What the studio has written about a main site and its satellites, from its own records: the papers, and the terms they define.

Asked First,
Answered Plainly.

How many satellites?

As many as the markets or questions the firm needs, set in the agreement before work starts.

When do the first enquiries come?

The agreement says in writing: months one to three for indexing, four to six for the first enquiries. A new domain starts from zero.

Who writes the pieces?

The studio, from the firm’s own knowledge and data, approved by the firm before anything goes live.

Can it start smaller?

Yes: a Moon or a Planet first, then satellites on the same engine when a reading shows the markets are there.
